Day Porter Service
On-site staff during business hours for lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and anything a tenant notices the moment it slips.
Floor Stripping, Waxing, Buffing
Hard floors stripped down, resealed, and burnished back to a finish. Scheduled around your tenants instead of through them.
Carpet Cleaning
Extraction and spot treatment for offices, common areas, corridors, and units — on a routine schedule or as a one-time reset.
Window Cleaning
Interior and exterior glass, storefronts, and entryways. The first thing a visitor sees and the first thing a tenant complains about.
Power Washing
Sidewalks, entrances, loading areas, dumpster pads, and building exteriors brought back without a separate vendor and a separate contract.
Construction & Renovation Cleanup
Rough, final, and touch-up cleans for build-outs, and full cleanup after home renovations, so the space is ready for walkthrough on the date you promised.
Turnovers & Make-Ready
Apartments, units, and houses brought back to move-in condition between tenants, including appliances, fixtures, and glass.
Painting & Spackle
Patching, spackling, and paint touch-ups handled alongside the clean, so a small punch-list item doesn't need its own trade and its own scheduling.
House Cleaning
Recurring and one-time cleans for homes, including move-in and move-out. Same crews, same standards as the commercial work.

Each building gets its own task list and frequency schedule. You can hand it to a tenant and it answers their question.

How a Building Gets Started
Proposals go out in about two days. First night on site is usually inside two weeks.

Walkthrough
We visit the property, measure the space, and note what the current service is missing. Free, and we do it for anyone we send a proposal to.

Written Proposal
Scope, frequency, staffing, and a fixed monthly price, usually back to you in about two days. Liability and workers’ comp certificates and references included.

Staffing and Start Date
We assign and train a dedicated crew for your building, then set a start date around your tenants' schedule.

First Check-In
The owner walks the building in the opening weeks to correct anything before it becomes a complaint — and comes back out any time you ask.

Most of our work is at night, some of it during the day. Schedules depend on the building, so tell us what works for you and we'll match you to something that fits.
